The PACE Program will work with the owner and project developer to collect the following supporting documentation after confirming the property preliminary eligibility.
Energy Project Definition
• Energy Audit Worksheet (template available online)
• Energy model or solar feasibility study: inputs and outputs
• Most recent 12 months of utility bills (24 months preferred)
• Measurement and Verification Plan (guidance available online)
Property Financial Documentation
• Two years financials (audited, if available) plus current year-to-date actuals
• Operating pro-forma
• Most recent appraisal or value statement
• List of current tenants and lease term
